Refund Policy very simple:
We want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied with our digital interior design services, you can request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase.
 
Eligibility for a Refund
    • Requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of purchase.
    • The project must not be fully completed or finalized.
    • Refunds apply only to design service fees, not to purchased physical furniture or decor.

How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, please email our support team at info@roatpa.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your feedback. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
